1. Digital Products

All eBooks, notes, and digital study materials are delivered instantly after purchase. Due to their digital nature, refunds are generally not applicable once the file or content has been accessed or downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue or receive a defective file, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will review your request.

2. Physical Products

If you purchase any physical study material (books or printed content) through our site, you may cancel the order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. In case of a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
